Der Online Auftritt der Akademie für Unternehmens- und Personalentwicklung in Rostock wurde optisch, redaktionell und technisch neu gestaltet. Im Fokus ist der Bereich Tipps, in dem das Team um Annegret Naumann, Geschäftsführerin der Axanthos pro Akademie GmbH, regelmäßig hilfreiche Hinweise zu Themen wie Konfliktmanagement, Zeitmanagement oder Mitarbeitergespräche gibt. Unternehmen, Führungskräfte und Personal Manager werden mit Coaching, Seminaren, Interim Management oder Einzelberatung in Entwicklungsprozsessen begleitet. Zusätzlich veranstaltet die Axanthos pro Akademie den Rhetorik Club in Rostock – die Elite Speaker.

Die Erstellung der Webseite mit Konzeption und Redaktion übernahm Susanne Marx, Unternehmensberaterin aus Rostock, die technische Betreuung Daniel Weihmann.

BalticMuseums 2.0 Plus Conference in Szczecin

On 20th May 2014, the BalticMuseums 2.0 Plus Conference is taking place at the University of Szczecin. Under the headline “Advancing museum education by IT systems” the project team members present their experiences during the project cooperation of BalticMuseums 2.0 Plus, a project co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund in the past three years. Dedicated to introducing electronic visitor guidance systems in oceanographic museums, the project team has gained valuable insights in how to make use of IT systems for enhanced museum education and edutainment. Experts from Poland, Lithuania, Russia and Germany will discuss their findings.

BalticMuseums 2.0 Plus at European Cooperation Day

European Coop DayOn September 18, 2013 – projects of the South Baltic Programme have the possibility to present their main accomplishments during the European Cooperation Day 2013 in Gdansk. Having the young generation between the ages of 16-19 in focus – very practical appealing presentations are planned to bring the young nearer to cross-border cooperation. Therefore school students from Poland, Lithuania and Denmark can experience English classes in a different way by artistic installations, performances, demonstrations, experiments and many more. “BalticMuseums 2.0 Plus” is one of the fifteen South Baltic projects being presented during the event with reference to either four of the modules – art works; maritime, technological career; cross-border higher education & labour mobility including the maritime sector prospects as well as sustainability & maritime identity. Represented and supervised by the Gdynia Aquarium – young guests are invited to play exciting online BalticMuseums games. Not only the colourful Undersea can be discovered but also a great mind, smartness and quick reflexes will be tested. Moreover, the youth will be tempt to take virtual tours through all four museums involved in the project. Additionally, the Gdynia Aquarium instructs and introduces its newly developed eGuide showing a route created for kids and another for adults especially adapted to each of the needs. Finally, school students will get an insight into how BalticMuseums realized its aim of advancing and implementing a multi-lingual eGuide for oceanographic museums in the South Baltic region exploiting synergies from the joint production of content.
